Hospitality Level 2 students have successfully completed their Practical Demonstration Assessment.
Hospitality Level 2 students have successfully completed their Practical Demonstration Assessment. Set in a simulated caf茅 or restaurant environment, the assessment tested students鈥� skills in preparing and serving food, interacting with customers, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety standards.
Tasks included order taking, food and beverage service, teamwork, and post-service clean-up. Assessors observed students throughout, using photos and videos to capture evidence of their performance. Congratulations to all the students for their professionalism and effort in completing this hands-on assessment!
