Hospitality Level 2 students have successfully completed their Practical Demonstration Assessment. Set in a simulated caf茅 or restaurant environment, the assessment tested students鈥 skills in preparing and serving food, interacting with customers, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety standards.

Tasks included order taking, food and beverage service, teamwork, and post-service clean-up. Assessors observed students throughout, using photos and videos to capture evidence of their performance. Congratulations to all the students for their professionalism and effort in completing this hands-on assessment!
