Glen has studied IT support, including servers, networking, and cloud technologies. He recently completed a Certificate in Software Development.
Prior to joining the AIC team, he spent about five years working in IT support and also worked as a teaching assistant.
His goal is to support and encourage students and make learning enjoyable, helping them build curiosity and a desire to keep learning new things.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games, travelling, and trying different types of food.
