Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Institutional Management from Lincoln University, a Family Business Advisor qualification from Adelaide University, and a Careers in Education qualification from Nelson Polytechnic.
Her career started in sales and then quickly progressed into recruitment, where she spent the bulk of her career. She has worked across all business functions and at all levels of roles. More recently, she has run her own boutique HR business specialising in organisation design, role scoping, engagement and performance, and career planning and recruitment.
Anna鈥檚 ambition is to support individuals to recognise their full employment potential, enabling them to thrive in meaningful employment.
Her work focuses on engaging and partnering with industry, community, and government stakeholders to align resourcing and market needs with strong solutions that create mutual growth for stakeholders alike for a brighter tomorrow.
Family is very important to Anna. She has two teenage boys and spends a lot of time with extended family and friends, exercising, and making the most of the outdoors.
