FutureSkills鈥� Pasifika Financial Capability and Pathways to Home Ownership programme is a free, culturally grounded programme designed by Pasifika, for Pasifika. It supports working Pacific families to move from aspiration to action, with practical financial education, one-on-one planning, and real housing pathways.
Each household receives one-on-one support from a registered mortgage adviser. Together, you will develop a clear, realistic plan toward home ownership, including next steps and timelines. Pasifika Navigators remain involved to help with applications, documents, and follow-up actions.
This programme is fully funded. There is no cost to eligible participants.
FutureSkills is a NZQA Category One education provider with over 25 years of experience. We have supported thousands of Pasifika learners and families into education, employment, and improved financial wellbeing. Our team includes Pasifika leaders, educators, navigators, and financial experts who understand both the system and the lived realities of Pacific families.
